个人简介
主要从事碳纳米管的提纯、功能化研究以及柔性器件(晶体管、传感器等)的制备与应用。在材料方面主要设计新型共轭高分子用于半导体纳米管的提纯以及功能化。高纯度的半导体碳纳米管可随后用于场效应晶体管的制备,以及特定的气体/液体传感器以及生物传感器制备,并采用喷墨打印(Ink-jet printing)或者卷对卷打印(Roll-to-Roll)的方式制备新型柔性可折叠拉伸电子器件。在材料与传感器领域,发表期刊论文37篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者11篇,总引用成果超过1100次。获得专利授权2项。
